I take to the streets of Chelmsford to give out chocolate on behalf of BBC Essex presenter Emma Bullimore to spread a little joy on what is deemed as the most “blue” day of the entire year. I also speak to members of the public about their thoughts on “blue Monday”, are they feeling blue? Has the financial pressures of Christmas affected them in anyway or the cold start to the year?
