I was recently asked to speak on a subject that is close to me, empowerment within ourselves and in relationships, for the agency, Speak and Do, for their series of Speak On presentations.

As someone who has struggled with their self worth and self esteem for many years, its taken an intervention by my friends on my dating life and a global pandemic, to stop years of behaviour and to retrain my thoughts and dating habits.

So as if speaking to my former self, here is a video for anyone who is settling for less than they deserve – feel free to share far and wide to those who need it.
