I interviewed a personal trainer of 15 years, Tracy Gibbs, on her calling for change in Guernsey’s planning laws. After facing complaints, Tracy had her working hours restricted and she calls for a system which is fairer and supports local small businesses with more flexibility. The States of Guernsey issued a statement that each planning application is unique.
