I interviewed young islander Liv Gibbs, about a book of poetry she wrote in lockdown about her own struggles with her mental health. She also spoke to me about what it’s like being published, and the stigma surrounding mental health in Guernsey. It was aired in association with World Mental Health Day for BBC One in the Channel Islands, as well as on the radio station BBC Guernsey.
